When visitors leave comments or complete forms on the site we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
For comments, an anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Analytical Software & Cookies
Our website uses Google Analytics to help analyze how visitors use our site. Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’, which are small text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The anonymous information generated by Google Analytics cookies about your use of the website is transmitted to Google, and not stored at our website.
We use statistical reports to better understand the information our visitors seek most often and the most frequently used browsers/devices, so that we may continue to improve the performance of our site and organization of our content for user-friendliness.
We do not opt-into any Data Sharing options with Google Analytics, nor do we use Google Analytics Premium, Advertising or Remarketing Features, AdWords or Universal Analytics.

We will not link, nor seek to link, any data gathered from this site with any personally identifiable information from any source, unless you explicitly submit that information.

Contact Forms – Name, Email Address:
Our site contains multiple ways to contact us; if you choose to email us using our contact form, your name and email address are transmitted to us, so we may communicate with you.
We do not sell, rent or share our name/email submitted information, and it is used solely for responding to your request, customer service and order fulfillment.
If you submit a question that we believe such answer to you may be of benefit to other users, we may use your question in our FAQ section, but we will not personally identify you as the submitter of the question, unless you so request and even with fully submitted information, we may choose not to include your link to your blog/website/cyber address if we determine that your goals/online presence are not in line with our vision, in which case, we will simply label your question as “Anon.” or with your initials, general locale. (i.e. country/state)
Our inclusion/non-inclusion of your submitted links, website info, etc., is within our sole discretion and there is NO Remedy For Denied Links inclusion/non-inclusion.
Any testimonials or positive feedback you choose to share may be shared on our website, anonymously if so indicated in your contact ( we do ask that you include your state/city) or via social media feedback you submitted independently of our website (i.e. Facebook like -follow on Twitter, etc.)
If we wish to use your Contact Us email submitted content, we will touch base with you before posting publicly at our site.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
